Major Investment Showcase Event Scheduled for December 8-9 at Bharat Future City
Hyderabad: The Telangana government is preparing to host a landmark investment showcase event bringing together over 1,300 delegates from leading domestic and international corporations at Bharat Future City in early December.
The Telangana Global Summit 2025, scheduled for December 8 and 9, will serve as a platform for the state to present its development vision and infrastructure capabilities to potential investors and business leaders from across the globe.
Ambitious Scope and Participation
Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has extended invitations to top executives from approximately 500 prominent companies spanning various industries. The gathering will include representatives from multinational corporations, technology firms, industrial conglomerates, real estate developers, diplomatic missions, and leading business chambers including ASSOCHAM, CII, FICCI, NASSCOM, and CREDAI.
The venue spans around 100 acres in the Mucherla area of Rangareddy district, providing ample space for exhibitions, interactive sessions, and networking opportunities.
Strategic Focus Areas
State officials emphasize that the summit goes beyond traditional investment attraction, focusing instead on demonstrating Telangana’s comprehensive development strategy and competitive advantages. The event will highlight the state’s roadmap across multiple dimensions including economic growth targets, infrastructure modernization, urban planning initiatives, inclusive development programs, and environmental sustainability goals.
Special Secretary Jayesh Ranjan explained that the government intends to present approximately 20 significant development initiatives, with particular emphasis on Bharat Future City, the Musi River rejuvenation project, and other transformative infrastructure programs covering roughly 30,000 acres.
Event Highlights and Activities
The two-day program will feature extensive engagement opportunities including policy presentations, project exhibitions, expert panel discussions, and one-on-one meetings between government officials and business leaders. Organizers are planning a grand drone show alongside a presentation titled “Telangana Raising Vision 2047” featuring Guinness World Record elements on December 9.
The summit will incorporate thematic sessions on building a three trillion-dollar economy, advancing spatial planning and core urban development, promoting social inclusion across farming communities, women, and youth demographics, and implementing sustainable development frameworks.
Attendees will receive specially curated souvenir kits containing handcrafted products and traditional confectionery representing Telangana’s rich cultural heritage and culinary traditions.
Security and Logistics Arrangements
Given the high-profile nature of the event, Additional Director General DS Chauhan has been appointed to oversee security protocols and arrangements at the venue and designated hotels. While the main two-day program remains restricted to invited guests and government officials, authorities are considering opening post-summit activities for public access over the subsequent four days.
The government has also prepared to formalize several memorandums of understanding (MoUs) with participating firms during the summit, potentially covering exports development, film studio partnerships through initiatives involving Ajay Devgn and Salman Khan, tourism sector collaboration, and HMDA infrastructure projects in Future City.
This summit represents Telangana’s strategic push to position itself prominently on the national and international investment landscape while demonstrating its commitment to comprehensive, sustainable development.
