The Telangana State Government has set up a new Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Commission. Senior Congress leader M Kodanda Reddy has been appointed as the Chairman of this commission for the next two months.
In addition, retired IAS official A Murali will lead the newly formed State Education Commission. The government has already issued guidelines for this commission.
Another Congress leader, Niranjan, has been chosen as the Chairman of the BC (Backward Classes) Commission. The members of this commission include R Jayaprakash, T Surender, and Balalakshmi.
