The petition requests permission for a lawyer to be present during KTR’s questioning by the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB). This request highlights concerns about ensuring a fair and transparent interrogation process. The High Court is scheduled to review the petition later this afternoon.

The Formula-E case involves allegations of financial misconduct and quid pro quo deals between major corporations and political figures. KTR’s legal team has emphasized the importance of legal representation during the investigation to uphold justice.
