Telangana Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy has made some strong statements regarding the special status for Andhra Pradesh (AP). He believes that AP should be granted special category status, as it was promised by former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Sonia Gandhi in the Parliament.
