Telangana Roads and Buildings Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy has strongly rejected rumours circulating on social media and aired by some television channels alleging personal connections between him and a woman officer. The minister issued a strong statement condemning what he termed as baseless allegations aimed at tarnishing his reputation. He emphasized that such rumours are completely false and lack any factual basis.

Addressing the controversy, the minister clarified the administrative procedures followed in his department. He stated that since assuming office as minister, four collectors have been changed in Nalgonda district.
