Hyderabad: The Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTCCI) has teamed up with the Telangana Tourism Department to boost local and weekend tourism. They revealed two new projects on Thursday.

FTCCI, along with the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation and the National Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Management, is launching these ventures.

The first event, “FTCCI Tourism Hyderabad Junction Jewels: Photo Contest,” focuses on capturing the beauty of Hyderabad’s traffic junctions. The second, “FTCCI Tourism Weekend Getaways of Hyderabad: Reel Contest,” encourages short video storytelling of attractions around Hyderabad, within a 150 km radius.

The Photo Contest invites participants to capture the artistic side of the city’s traffic junctions. Meanwhile, the Reel Contest seeks engaging 60-second videos showcasing destinations like lakes, historical sites, trekking paths, and cultural spots around Hyderabad.

Both contests are open to everyone without any entry fee. The deadline for submissions is November 22, and winners will be announced at a ceremony on November 26, where cash prizes will be awarded.
