The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) has announced its special bus services for Sankranti 2024. A total of 6,432 buses will be operated during the holiday season to help people travel to their hometowns for the festive celebrations. These special services will run from January 9 to January 15, offering convenient transportation options for passengers.

Last year, TGSRTC had initially scheduled 4,484 buses for Sankranti but ended up deploying 5,246 buses due to high passenger demand. This year, the number has been increased to 6,432 buses to accommodate the anticipated surge in travelers and ensure smooth transportation across the state.
