Health Minister T Harish Rao stated that the Congress party is controlled by corrupt leaders. He made this comment during a gathering in Jangaon district. Harish Rao questioned how Telangana State can be safe with such leaders who allegedly sell party tickets for Rs 5 crore. He also mentioned various welfare schemes and developmental programs carried out by Chief Minister KCR and urged people to re-elect the BRS candidate for the constituency. Minister for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Errabelli Dayakar Rao expressed confidence in the BRS candidate and said that he will continue the good work of the outgoing MLA. Tribal Welfare Minister Satyavathi Rathod commented on the need for the Congress and BJP to demonstrate similar development in Telangana as they claim in other states. Various other political figures were also present at the event.
