The ‘Dial Your MD’ program’s second session will take place at the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board’s office on Saturday. Consumers can call Managing Director Ashok Reddy with complaints from 5 pm to 5:30 pm.

During the program, consumers can voice concerns about issues like water supply, sewerage, meters, billing, and other pending matters. They can call 040-23442881, 23442882, or 23442883 and provide their CAN number, house number, or mobile number. All circle and division officials, along with board directors, will be available to address problems raised by customers promptly.
