The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) will start a special bus service called the ‘Ladies Special Metro Express’ for the IT corridor on July 31. This service is specifically for women and aims to make their daily commute easier during office hours. It will be a pilot project from JNTU to Wave Rock.
The bus will start its journey at 9 am from JNTU and will pass through Forum/Nexus Mall, Hitch City, Mindspace, Raidurg, Bio-Diversity Park, Gachibowli ‘X’ road, Indira Nagar, IIT ‘X’ road, Wipro Circle, and ICICI Towers. If needed, more routes will be added in the future, according to an official at RTC.
