A paper display was organized in the town center of Nagarkurnool to mark the 93rd death anniversary of Bhagat Singh, Raj Guru, and Sukhdev. The event was held under the auspices of SFI DYFA.
During the event, Bhagat Singh was praised for his sacrifice for the country at a young age. He was remembered for his bold act of putting a smoke bomb on the British Parliament with a powerful slogan. It was noted that their struggle had inspired people, students, and youth during the freedom movement.
However, it was mentioned that in current times, the Central and State Governments in India do not adequately celebrate the death anniversaries of great leaders like Bhagat Singh. It was emphasized that today’s youth and students should take inspiration from Bhagat Singh’s fighting spirit and carry it forward. Participants at the event included Tara Singh KVPS, District Congress Kashanna, CITU District Vice President Ramaiah, SFA Leaders Laxman Ravi, and students.
Overall, the event aimed to honor the legacy of Bhagat Singh and his fellow freedom fighters, encouraging the younger generation to embrace their fighting spirit and work towards a better future for the country.
