Nagarkurnool – Visitors to the Nallamala Forest had an unforgettable moment on Sunday morning when they saw a tiger up close near the Farhabad Viewpoint.
At about 8 AM, a group of tourists was driving along the Gundam Road toward the viewpoint. Suddenly, a tiger appeared and crossed the road just in front of them.
Shocked but thrilled, the tourists stopped their vehicle. The tiger walked calmly around the area, circled their vehicle briefly, and then disappeared back into the dense forest.
The group quickly pulled out their phones and cameras, capturing the rare sight in photos and videos. They later shared their excitement, saying it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience to see such a powerful animal from so close.
Forest department officials confirmed the sighting. They mentioned that tiger sightings near Farhabad have become more common recently. This increase in wildlife activity is drawing more tourists to the Nallamala Tiger Reserve.
The reserve, known for its rich biodiversity, is becoming a hotspot for nature lovers and wildlife photographers eager for a glimpse of the majestic big cats.
