Traffic Diversions in Hyderabad for President’s Visit on November 21-22

The Hyderabad Traffic Police has issued a comprehensive traffic advisory for the upcoming visit of the Hon’ble President of India to the city on 21 and 22 November 2025. Citizens are advised to plan their travel accordingly as several key areas will experience temporary traffic restrictions.

During the VIP movement to Rashtrapati Nilayam and Raj Bhavan, areas in Secunderabad, Trimulgherry, and Begumpet will face traffic stops or diversions at various times throughout both days.

On Friday morning from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, traffic may be stopped or diverted at multiple locations including CTO, Rasoolpura, PNT Junction, Hyderabad Public School (HPS), Begumpet Flyover, Greenlands, Panjagutta Junction, Monappa Junction, Yashoda Hospital, Katriya Hotel, Metro Residency, VV Statue, and Raj Bhavan.

Between 2:30 PM and 4:00 PM, traffic restrictions are likely along an extended route covering Raj Bhavan, Begumpet, Rasoolpura, CTO, Tivoli, NCC, Club-in-Gate, Airtel Junction, Karkhana Junction, RTA Trimulgherry, Trimulgherry X Road, Holy Family, Lal Bazar, MCEME, Lothukunta, Satya Petrol Pump, Alwal T Junction, AOC Centre, and Bison Signal.

In the evening from 5:30 PM to 6:45 PM, commuters should expect possible traffic delays along the same route in reverse direction, stretching from Bison Signal to Raj Bhavan.

On Saturday morning between 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM, traffic checks are expected at Raj Bhavan, VV Statue, Metro Residency, Katriya Hotel, Yashoda Hospital, Monappa Junction, Panjagutta Junction, Greenlands, Begumpet Flyover, HPS, PNT Junction, Rasoolpura, and CTO.

The traffic police have requested citizens to plan their journeys in advance to avoid delays. Commuters are urged to follow traffic police instructions for smoother movement during the Presidential visit.
