Trump Towers Hyderabad is set to add smart-home systems to its planned luxury residences in Kokapet. SKYX Platforms Corp. has signed an agreement to supply tens of thousands of plug-and-play units for the development on Golden Mile Road.
The 2.2 million-square-foot project will have two 65-storey towers, each rising nearly 800 feet, and more than 450 residences. A suspended sky bridge will connect the towers at the 28th floor.
Under the agreement, SKYX’s smart-home units will be integrated into the buildings’ electrical infrastructure during construction. The technology is designed to provide plug-and-play smart-home features in the residences.
IRA Realty and Tribeca Developers are developing the project, described as The Trump Organization’s largest luxury residential project in India. IRA Realty also plans to make SKYX technology a standard feature in upcoming premium branded townships and commercial projects.
