    Qualifying students percentages for different engineering streams in the Telangana State Engineering Common Entrance Test (ECET) 2024 are as follows:
    – Electronics and Communication Engineering: 5,892 students (98.17%)
    – Electrical and Electronics Engineering: 4,889 students (90.42%)
    – Computer Science and Engineering: 4,057 students (98.21%)

    A total of 22,365 candidates, which is 95.86% of the total, have qualified for the ECET for BE/B Tech courses for lateral entry in Telangana. The results were released by TSCHE chairman R Limbadri on Monday. The exam saw the highest number of participants from computer science and engineering, civil engineering, electronics and communication engineering, and electrical and electronics engineering fields.

    Among the qualifying students, the highest number was in electronics and communication engineering with 5,892 students (98.17%), followed by electrical and electronics engineering with 4,889 students (90.42%), and computer science and engineering with 4,057 students (98.21%). The exam was conducted on May 6 across 92 test centers in Telangana and seven centers in Andhra Pradesh, with Osmania University and the University College of Engineering handling the exam schedule.

    A preliminary key was released on May 9 for candidates to raise objections, and after a second committee meeting on May 20, the results were announced. The toppers across different streams include students from various locations such as Visakhapatnam, Medchal, Jagtial, and other districts in Telangana.
