Hyderabad City Police Commissioner CV Anand has taken charge as the director of Telangana State Police Integrated Command and Control Centre (TSPICCC). The State government has sanctioned 400 posts for the center, including a director, DIG, SPs, ASPs, DSPs, inspectors, and sub-inspectors.

Commissioner Anand addressed the staff officers and shared the vision and objectives of the center. He encouraged them to utilize technology, data analysis, apps, and other resources to provide good service to the public. The plan is to collaborate with other departments like GHMC and irrigation to establish multi-agency operations.

During the meeting, targets were set, work was assigned to officers, budget projections were made, and an action plan was developed. Tenders will be initiated to establish amenities such as a canteen and gymnasium within the building.

The decision to relocate Dial 100 and COEs and strengthen existing wings while introducing new ones highlights the government’s commitment to enhancing law enforcement capabilities. The center will play a crucial role in mitigating security challenges and responding swiftly to emergencies and crises.
