The program is aimed at equipping young people with the skills they need to succeed in the modern workforce. The initiative is part of the government’s efforts to reduce unemployment and improve the employability of young people in India.

The computer training program will be conducted in partnership with local educational institutions and will focus on teaching basic computer skills, such as typing, word processing, and data entry. The program is open to unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 35, and there are no educational qualifications required to participate. The NTPC has also stated that it will be providing job placement assistance to participants who successfully complete the program, helping them to find employment in their chosen field.

In conclusion, the NTPC’s computer training program represents an important step towards reducing unemployment and improving the employability of young people in India. By providing participants with the skills they need to succeed in the modern workforce, the program will help to create a more skilled and competitive workforce.
