University of Hyderabad signs Memorandum of Understanding

The Anthropological Survey of India (AnSI) and the University of Hyderabad (UoH) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Friday. This partnership aims to advance knowledge in human gut microbial DNA analysis.

According to UoH officials, the collaboration between AnSI and UoH focuses on advancing scientific understanding and promoting favorable outcomes for PVTGs (Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups).

By promoting interdisciplinary collaboration and using advanced research methods, this partnership hopes to uncover new insights into human biology, health, and their relationship with the environment.
