Fear of being scolded by their parents leads to suicide
Nekkonda, July 24: A youth who lost money in an online game committed suicide. This incident took place in Appalraopetala, Nekkonda Mandal, Warangal district on Saturday. Kamalakar, an account holder at the Basaboina Kamalakar Bank, had borrowed Rs. 46 from his account for rice. With that money, his son Uday (20) played an online game on Friday night.
Uday lost a total of Rs. 46 from his father’s account. Fearing the scolding of his parents, Uday hanged himself from the ceiling fan at home. On Saturday, when Uday’s father Kamalakar saw him hanging, he immediately informed the police. The case is currently under investigation.
