The Nampally CBI Court in Hyderabad has postponed its decision on Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy’s request to travel overseas from May 17 to June 1, 2024. The verdict is now scheduled for May 14.
Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy went to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) court in Hyderabad to ask for permission to go to London on May 17, 2024. He plans to visit London, Switzerland, and Jerusalem with his wife and children after the Andhra Pradesh Assembly elections in 2024. The request was made to the Nampally CBI court.
Since Y.S. Jagan is involved in CBI and ED cases, he needs approval from the CBI court to leave the country. The court will review his request on May 9, 2024.
