Thiruvananthapuram / Hyderabad: The Inspired India Foundation (IIF) presented the prestigious Inspiring Indian Award in Journalism to P N V Nair, the former editor of The Hans India. The award was handed over during the 6th Guru Kalam Memorial Lecture, which took place on Saturday. Dr. S Somanath, Chairman of ISRO, presented the award to Nair.
The event was attended by several notable figures. Among them were Air Marshal (Retd) S R K Nair, Padma Shri Kota Harinarayana Rao, the former president of the Aeronautical Society of India, and Shyam Chetty, the former director of CSIR National Aerospace Laboratories, Bangalore.
Additionally, the event honored former Air Force Chief Rakesh Kumar Singh Bhadauria. He was presented with the Lifetime Achievement Award for his significant contributions to the nation.
