    Accused in narcotics case granted bail in New Delhi

    A court here has granted bail to a person allegedly involved in transporting 315 kg ganja from Andhra Pradesh to the national capital, saying neither was the recovery effected from him nor did the police provide transcripts of the phone conversations linking him with the other co-accused.

    The Lok Sabha elections in India will take place next year. All political parties are working to strengthen their party and gain support from the public. The Delhi state BJP has recently selected new presidents at the district level to strengthen the party before the upcoming elections.

    Virendra Sachdeva, Delhi BJP State President, met with the newly selected office bearers to discuss future plans. He emphasized that their positions were given to help the party and the public, and they should work hard to strengthen the party. Sachdeva also mentioned the importance of recognizing their responsibilities and growing the party’s support base. The party aims to win all seven Lok Sabha seats in Delhi.

    During the meeting, state BJP in-charge Vaijayant Jai Panda stressed the need for more programs to listen to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Mann Ki Baat program. He also encouraged participation in organizational programs and protests against the policies of the Delhi government. Dr. Alka Gurjar, the state co-incharge, directed the office bearers to interact with the public and conduct programs. Pawan Rana, State Organization General Secretary, urged for more effort to register voters on the voter list.

    National General Secretary Dushyant Gautam, Delhi Assembly Leader Ramveer Singh Vidhuri, Union Minister of State Meenakshi Lekhi, MPs Manoj Tiwari, Ramesh Bidhuri, and Pravesh Verma, former State Presidents Vijender Gupta and Satish Upadhyay, as well as other BJP MLAs and office bearers, were present at the meeting.
