Nizamabad District Collector, Rajiv Gandhi Hanuman, has advised eligible voters from the Upadhyaya and Pattabhadrula MLC constituencies to register their names in the voter list starting from September 30. These constituencies cover the districts of Nizamabad, Adilabad, Medak, and Karimnagar.
The Collector explained that the term of the current MLC members representing these four districts will end on March 29, 2025. To prepare for this, the Election Commission will issue a public notice on September 30, allowing eligible voters to register their names.
Voters can submit their applications online until November 6. Alternatively, they can also go to AERO offices to apply in person.
The Collector emphasized that even voters who have participated in previous elections must register again to retain their right to vote.
A draft voter list will be published on November 23 after reviewing all the submitted applications. Any objections to this draft list can be raised between November 23 and December 9. The final voter list will be released on December 30.
