The Cyberabad Commissionerate in Hyderabad is taking steps to maintain law and order during the Lok Sabha elections counting on June 4. Cyberabad Police Commissioner Avinash Mohanty has ordered the closure of all wine shops, toddy shops, bars, and restaurants (excluding airport duty-free shops) within the Commissionerate’s jurisdiction from 6 am on June 4 to 6 am on June 5.

Anyone who does not follow these restrictions will face legal consequences, according to the commissioner. Security measures at the counting centers have been increased, with Section 144 in effect. Restrictions on gatherings of more than five people, meetings, and rallies are also in place at the counting centers until June 5. These measures are intended to ensure a smooth and secure counting process and to prevent any potential incidents during this crucial time.
