Woman pilot hailed for her bravery!

Flight Lieutenant Har Raj Kaur Boparai is the first and only woman pilot of the C-17 Globemaster, a big transport plane used by the Indian Air Force. She joined Operation Kaveri, which brings Indian citizens safely back from dangerous regions. The C-17 is India’s biggest aircraft. Flt Lt Har Raj Kaur Boparai flew the giant plane from Hindon Air Base in Ghaziabad to Jeddah and then to Mumbai carrying the evacuees. She is the only woman officer in the aircraft’s squadron based at the Hindon Air Force Station.
