A shocking fight broke out between three women over a seat on a TGSRTC bus at Bolarum bus stop in Hyderabad on Sunday.
A video of the incident has gone viral on social media, showing the women angrily fighting for the seat. At one point, one of them even threw her footwear at another woman. Meanwhile, an elderly male passenger tried to calm them down.
Eyewitnesses said that what started as a simple argument over a vacant seat quickly turned into a heated physical fight. In the chaos, the women allegedly used their footwear to hit each other, creating a disturbance inside the bus.
The RTC bus was traveling from Hakimpet depot in Rangareddy district to Hyderabad. The fight broke out when the bus reached the Bolarum bus stop. Police have registered a case and are investigating the incident.
Such fights over seats in buses are not new. In January, a similar incident occurred when multiple women got into a physical fight in a TGSRTC bus. Other passengers had to step in to break up the scuffle.
