YouTube | Hyderabad: The popular video platform YouTube has made changes to its monetization policies, which affect small creators. It has now revised the eligibility criteria for monetization, lowering the threshold of subscribers required. This change has been made to obtain monetization tools for small creators.

As a result, content creators who have fewer subscribers (500) can now earn money on YouTube. Additionally, they must upload at least three videos within the last 90 days or have a minimum of 3 million short views in the past 90 days. However, these new policies have not been officially implemented in India yet.
