YS Avinash Reddy, a member of parliament from YSRCP Kadapa, has submitted an anticipatory bail request to Telangana High Court related to the YS Vivekananda Reddy murder case. The Chief Justice bench has granted the anticipatory bail petition and will hold a hearing at 2:30 pm on Monday.
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has sent notices to MP Avinash Reddy regarding the murder investigation. The CBI has asked him to appear before the agency for questioning on Monday at 3 pm in their office in Hyderabad.
