YS Jagan treats YSRCP manifesto as sacred text, fulfills promises

Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy spoke at a campaign event in Tadipatri, Anantapur district, saying his government had fulfilled promises from the 2019 manifesto. He compared the manifesto to a holy book and promised to establish an Agriculture College in Tadipatri after the elections.

Jagan emphasized the importance of voting for the YSRCP to continue welfare schemes that benefit the poor. He criticized TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu for making unrealistic promises and called him out for exploiting the poor with lies.

The Chief Minister highlighted the government’s achievements, such as providing over 2.31 lakh jobs for SC/ST/BC and minority communities. He also mentioned initiatives like revamping government schools, village clinics, and Aarogya Suraksha for health services.

Jagan discussed improvements in education, including digital classrooms, providing Tabs to students, and introducing the IB curriculum. He also mentioned online certification courses for higher education and women empowerment schemes.

The Chief Minister outlined measures to support farmers, such as Rythu Bharosa financial assistance, zero interest crop loans, and input subsidies. He also mentioned initiatives like 9-hour free electricity, crop insurance, and MSP sales of crops.

Jagan criticized the opposition alliance and questioned the impact of the previous Chief Minister’s 14-year rule on the state. He noted that his government had given seats to SC/ST/BC and minority communities and had a majority of ministers from these communities.
