The YSR Congress Party complained to the Election Commission of India about TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu, RTV, and Eenadu newspapers possibly breaking election rules during the Lok Sabha and Andhra Pradesh Assembly polls. The complaint was filed by YSRCP leaders, including MLA Malladi Vishnu, Legal Cell President Manohar Reddy, and Grievance Cell President Narayana Murthy.

The complaint against Chandrababu Naidu accused him of using inappropriate language against Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy at campaign meetings. The YSRCP leaders claimed they had filed 230 complaints against Naidu with the ECI, but no action had been taken, leading to concerns about bias due to his alliance with the BJP.

In addition, the YSRCP accused Eenadu of publishing false and defamatory statements against Jagan Mohan Reddy in an editorial. The article alleged mismanagement and corruption under the YSRCP’s rule.
