Hyderabad experienced an exciting sports event as the Hyderabad Pickleball Championship 2025 took place at CrossCourt Sports Club in Kokapet. The tournament attracted over 220 players and more than 100 spectators, marking a significant moment for pickleball in South India.
The winners were announced in various categories: Sameer and Nikhil triumphed in Men’s Doubles, while Rashein Samuel won in Men’s Singles. Rithika and Joshika emerged victorious in Women’s Doubles, with Rithika also securing the top spot in Women’s Singles. In Mixed Doubles, Rithika teamed up with Anish to win, and Tshering and Avilay claimed victory in 35+ Men’s Doubles.
“This event was beyond just a tournament,” stated Aparna Rao, the Co-founder and CEO of Pickl’Out, the organizing body. “It celebrated our growing community, showcased the sport’s competitive nature, and highlighted the passion players bring to the court.”
