Gaadwal‘s District Collector, B.M. Santosh, announced that the Prajavani program is effectively addressing public complaints quickly. This initiative runs regularly to solve citizens’ issues on time.
On a recent Monday, the program took place at the Collectorate‘s Conference Hall. 67 people from various district areas submitted their petitions to resolve different everyday problems they face.
Collector Santosh stressed the need for fast action. He instructed department officials to prioritize these applications and act immediately. He emphasized the administration’s promise of transparent, citizen-friendly governance.
The Collector, along with Additional Collectors Lakshmi Narayana and Narsing Rao, received complaints personally. They ensured the grievances were recorded accurately and sent to the right departments.
