YSRCP general secretary Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy spoke out about the attack on Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, calling it a deliberate attempt to harm him and disrupt his bus yatra. He emphasized that the attack was planned and used a sharpshooter to target Jagan and another YSRCP candidate, causing serious injuries.

Ramakrishna Reddy pointed fingers at the TDP-JSP-BJP coalition, suggesting they had motives to stop the success of the yatra. He played clips of TDP chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu inciting violence and hatred towards Jagan, linking it to previous instances of unethical behavior within the party.
