Traffic changes on Hyderabad-Nagpur road after rain damage

Hyderabad is experiencing heavy rains, causing damage to the NH 44 Nagpur Highway. To keep people safe and traffic flowing, the Cyberabad police have set up traffic diversions.

For heavy vehicles traveling from Hyderabad to Adilabad via the NH44 Nagpur Highway, the route is now through Medchal Checkpost to Siddipet via the Karimnagar Highway. The new path includes Medchal Checkpost, Siddipet, Karimnagar, Jagityal, Korutla, Metpally, Armoor, and ends at Adilabad.

Light vehicles heading the same way should divert at Toopran and follow the route through Siddipet via the Karimnagar Highway.

Drivers can choose the path Medchal, Toopran, Siddipet, Karimnagar, Jagityal, Korutla, Metpally, Armoor, leading to Adilabad. The Cyberabad police urge travelers to plan their trips accordingly and work with officers at diversion points. Heavy vehicles and those traveling long distances should stick to these routes to prevent traffic jams. Traffic Police and Highway Patrol teams will be on-site to help guide the routes.
