    Gadwal, Telangana – In a heartfelt effort to help low-income families, Alampur MLA Vijayaudu organized a special cheque distribution event at the MLA Camp Office in Undavelli Mandal. The program focused on delivering financial aid through key government welfare schemes, including Kalyana Lakshmi, Shaadi Mubarak, and the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (CMRF).

    During the event, MLA Vijayaudu personally handed out cheques to the selected beneficiaries. He highlighted the state government’s commitment to supporting families in need, especially women facing financial challenges during marriage arrangements.

    He explained that the Telangana government offers ₹1,00,116 under both the Kalyana Lakshmi and Shaadi Mubarak schemes. These funds help poor families manage wedding expenses for their daughters. He urged beneficiaries to quickly deposit the cheques and use the money wisely. He also stressed the importance of spreading awareness so more eligible families can benefit from these programs.

    In total, officials distributed over ₹70,08,120 to 70 beneficiaries under the marriage assistance schemes. Additionally, ₹25,88,500 was issued to 102 individuals through the CMRF, which offers support to people dealing with medical emergencies and other hardships.

    People receiving the aid came from various mandals such as Alampur, Aiza, Undavelli, Itikyala, Manopad, Vaddepalli, Rajoli, and Erravalli. The event saw the presence of local government officials, Tahsildars, and leaders from the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) party, who supported the smooth execution of the program.

    This initiative reflects the government’s ongoing efforts to uplift the economically weaker sections and ensure that essential support reaches those who need it most.
