Hyderabad: A new community called LetC – Living Easy & True Community – was launched on Saturday with a special event. Actress and social activist Amala Akkineni was the Chief Guest at the launch.
Amala spoke about how important it is to live a balanced life. She said that combining healthy eating, spirituality, good health, and business efforts can help people live happier lives. She added that LetC will support its members through in-person meetings, online sessions, interviews, and community activities.
She also talked about the health benefits of millets. Amala said she has been eating millets for years and encouraged others to include them in their daily diets for better health.
Amala was happy to see that LetC is also helping middle-class people and young people become entrepreneurs by promoting millet-based businesses. She praised the group’s chairman, Prasanna Srinivas Sarakdam, for his efforts.
At the event, Prasanna showcased many millet-based products like breakfast powders, noodles, pasta, snacks, and sweets. He explained that LetC’s main goal is to help people stay healthy by encouraging them to eat at least one millet-based meal every day.
