Anticipatory bail of YS Avinash Reddy awaits verdict from Telangana High Court

The Telangana High Court vacation bench will announce its decision on Wednesday regarding the anticipatory bail petition submitted by Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy in the YS Vivekananda Reddy murder case. The court heard arguments from YS Avinash Reddy, YS Sunitha (YS Vivekananda Reddy’s daughter), and the CBI last week. The verdict was postponed until Wednesday, and it is anticipated to be given on that day.

YS Avinash Reddy has already been questioned seven times by the CBI as part of the investigation into YS Vivekananda Reddy’s murder. It remains unclear if he will receive anticipatory bail from the High Court.
