Hyderabad – AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi on Sunday announced that he has completed the Enumeration Form for himself and his family members under the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls. Taking to social media platform X, the Hyderabad MP urged all citizens to promptly fill out and submit their forms to the Booth Level Officers (BLO) to ensure their names are included in the updated voter lists.
In his tweet, Owaisi emphasized the importance of completing the enumeration process, stating that citizens should earnestly fill out the forms for themselves and their family members. He stressed that timely submission to the BLO is crucial for maintaining accurate electoral records. The Special Intensive Revision is a periodic exercise conducted by election authorities to update voter rolls by adding new eligible voters and removing ineligible entries.
The AIMIM president also provided guidance for citizens facing difficulties during the form-filling process. He advised people encountering any issues to contact AIMIM officials in their respective areas or visit the Darussalam office for assistance. Owaisi assured that every possible help would be provided to ensure smooth completion of the enumeration process for all citizens seeking support.
The Enumeration Form is a critical document used during electoral roll revisions to collect basic information about voters, including their name, age, address, and other relevant details. The Special Intensive Revision exercise allows election authorities to maintain updated and accurate voter lists, ensuring that all eligible citizens can exercise their democratic right to vote in upcoming elections. Citizens are required to submit their completed forms to their designated Booth Level Officers within the specified deadline set by election authorities.
