The American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) organized its first International Mechanical Engineering Congress & Exposition (IMECE) India 2025 in Hyderabad. This event focused on sustainability, innovation, and the collaboration between academia and industry.
The congress received support from the Telangana and Andhra Pradesh governments. It included keynotes, policy discussions, and features like Innovation Square and the Engineering Education Symposium.
Prominent figures like Shri Srinivas Kondapalli and Shri Sanjay Kumar emphasized India’s increasing importance in manufacturing, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), and clean energy sectors. With participants from around the world, IMECE India 2025 served as a vital platform for developing future skills, advancing research, and promoting sustainable industrial growth.
