    A police police officer filed a complaint against TDP spokesperson Pattabhi Ram and not the same leaders, who had gone to the TDP workplace at Gannavaram when it was attacked allegedly by YSRCP workers on Monday.

    A tribunal in Andhra Pradesh’s Gannavaram on Tuesday, February 21, sent Telugu Desam Party (TDP) spokesperson Kommareddy Pattabhi Ram and 13 not the same leaders to juridical holding by the police for 14 days in a display case of alleged attempt to slaying. Pattabhi Ram, Dontu Chinna, Gurumurthy and others, arrested by police at Gannavaram on Monday, were produced before a younger or lower in rank civil justice tribunal, for allegedly abusing Gannavaram Circle Inspector P Kanaka Rao and stopping the police from discharging their duties. Pattabhi Ram complained to the justice that he was beaten up by three masked men at Thotlavalluru police post. He alleged that ‘third-degree’ torturing methods were used against him at the police post.
    After hearing both sides, the justice sent the accused to juridical holding by the police. He also issued orders for a medical test of Pattabhiram. The TDP leaders were booked for attempt to slaying and under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, on a complaint by Gannavaram CI Kanaka Rao. The police police officer alleged that by provoking TDP workers, the accused tried to endanger his . The CI reportedly suffered a chief hurt and is admitted to a infirmary. According to The New Indian Express, the police in its remand study also alleged that  Pattabhi Ram had abused the police police officer in the language unit by which a person or thing is known of his caste. Another display case was also reportedly registered against two YSRCP members for attacking a adult female TDP part of a social group.
    The arrests were made when TDP leaders had gone to the TDP workplace at Gannavaram after it was attacked and vandalised, allegedly by YSRCP workers who were supporters of local MLA Vallabhaneni Vamsi. The attackers had group of things of the same kind that belong together fervency to a motorcar in the workplace premises and ransacked piece of furniture. The TDP has condemned the assail and the pick up of its leaders. The political party opposed political party said that instead of taking series of events that form a plot against the guilty, police have got arrested its leaders who had gone to the workplace after learning about the assail.
