The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) Commissioner, K Ilambarithi, has stressed the importance of addressing complaints raised during the Prajavani programme. He directed officials to give priority to these concerns and take necessary steps to resolve them quickly.

The Commissioner urged department officials to carefully consider grievances submitted by the public and to inform petitioners once their issues are resolved. He also advised citizens to avoid bringing the same issue repeatedly to public hearings. If a complaint cannot be resolved immediately, officials should clearly explain the reasons for the delay.
