Bandi Sanjay’s Bail Cancellation Petition Dismissed, Granting Him Relief in Telangana

Bandi Sanjay Kumar, the state president of the BJP party in Telangana, received good news from the court. The Hanmakonda court dismissed a petition filed by the police to cancel Bandi Sanjay’s bail on the 17th of this month. The prosecutor argued that Bandi Sanjay was not cooperating with the investigation and had violated the conditions of his bail. However, the magistrate disagreed and dismissed the petition, allowing Bandi Sanjay to keep his bail.
