Hyderabad: Rashtrapati Nilayam, along with the Ministry of Development of the North-East Region and the Ministry of Culture, is organizing the first-ever Bharatiya Kala Mahotsav. This festival will take place from September 29 to October 6. President Droupadi Murmu will officially inaugurate the event on September 28.
The festival will highlight the rich art, culture, crafts, and food from the North-Eastern states of India. These states include Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura. Over 300 artists and artisans from these states will participate in the event, showcasing their unique traditions and talents.
Visitors can attend the Bharatiya Kala Mahotsav from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. To secure a spot, people can reserve their visit online at https://visit.rashtrapatibhavan.gov.in. Entry is free, and there will also be an option for on-the-spot bookings for walk-in visitors at Rashtrapati Nilayam, Bolarum.
