Nizamabad: District Collector Rajiv Gandhi Hanumanthu said that the new Bhu Bharati portal, launched by the State government, will help solve land disputes permanently.
On Thursday, awareness programs were held for farmers in Kammarpally, Mortad mandals, and Battapur village in Ergatla mandal. The Collector took part in these sessions and used a PowerPoint presentation to explain how the Bhu Bharati portal works.
He said the government introduced a new ROR (Record of Rights) Act with several improvements to give farmers full ownership of their land and reduce the chances of disputes. He added that this new system will make it easier and faster to resolve land issues, protect farmers’ rights, and bring a big positive change in their lives.
