Hyderabad: Poultry farmers in Abdullapurmet Mandal are in a state of panic after a bird flu outbreak was confirmed in the area.

Thousands of chickens have died at a local poultry farm due to the virus. This has caused a lot of worry and stress among the farm owners.

Officials had taken chicken samples for testing four days ago. Now that the test results have confirmed bird flu, farmers are concerned about more losses and the risk of the disease spreading to other farms.
