Hyderabad: BJP Criticizes Congress and BRS on Job Aspirants' Issues

BJP State General Secretary, Kasam Venkateswarlu, has raised concerns about how the Congress and the BRS parties are handling issues related to job aspirants and the Group-I examinations in Telangana. Speaking to the media on Thursday, Venkateswarlu said that unemployed youth and students are in a state of panic due to the actions of the state government.

He strongly condemned the arrest of unemployed youth who had come to Hyderabad from various places to prepare for exams. In addition, Venkateswarlu criticized the Congress party for failing to fulfill its promises to the unemployed. He accused the Congress of treating job seekers unfairly and filing cases against them. He also blamed Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy’s government for not addressing the concerns of the unemployed and Group-I candidates about the conduct of the Group-I exams.

Venkateswarlu also criticized the BRS party, accusing them of not doing enough to help the unemployed during their time in power. He highlighted the tragic case of Pravalika, a young woman who committed suicide while preparing for competitive exams. He condemned BRS leader K.T. Rama Rao for suggesting that her death was due to an affair, rather than focusing on the real issues.

The BJP leader emphasized his party’s commitment to the country’s integrity and condemned allegations made by KTR against the BJP. He called these accusations dangerous and questioned what the BRS had done for the state.

Venkateswarlu went on to say that the BJP had previously given a detailed presentation on the projects funded by the Central government in Telangana. He argued that the BJP is a threat to corrupt, dynastic parties that play with national interests for political gain. He also reminded BRS leaders of how they lost public support during the last Parliament elections, while the BJP won eight seats.

Finally, Venkateswarlu pointed out that the BJP is gaining support from people frustrated with the BRS government’s handling of job aspirants and students. He stated that the BJP opposes the state government’s decision to conduct exams without addressing the demands of the unemployed and assured full support for the youth.
