A complaint has been filed by BJP State Executive Member Saran Chowdary against Ex DCP Radhakrishna and TS Umamaheswara Rao to the Telangana State Chief Minister’s office and Director General of Police. In the letter addressed to Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy and DGP Ravi Kumar, Chowdary alleged the involvement of Ex DCP RadhaKrishna in an alleged phone tapping case.

Chowdary, who is an executive member of BJP and a businessman residing in Banjara Hills, recounted an incident that took place on 21 August 2023. He stated that while he was on his way to his office, a private car carrying some plainclothes police officers picked him up without informing his family and took him to the CCS office in Hyderabad. According to Chowdary, they accused him of accepting deposits from multiple individuals and forging agreements with his signature, claiming that ACP TS Umamaheswarao coerced him into transferring ownership of a flat to someone named Vijay, who is connected to former minister E Dayakar Rao.
