Hyderabad – In a major step towards redefining how entrepreneurs learn, connect, and collaborate, the Bower School of Entrepreneurship inaugurated two pioneering spaces — the Founders Library and B Café — designed to nurture curiosity, creativity, and community among Hyderabad’s startup ecosystem.
India’s First Curated Library for Entrepreneurs
The Founders Library stands as India’s first community-built library exclusively dedicated to entrepreneurship. It features a handpicked collection of books recommended by founders, business leaders, and changemakers — titles that have inspired innovation, courage, and growth journeys across the world.
Beyond being a reading space, the Founders Library serves as a hub for continuous learning and networking — where conversations spark between bookshelves, and collaborations are born over shared ideas.
“The Founders Library and B Café are more than spaces, they are a mindset,” said Mr. Pavan Allena, Founder of Bower School of Entrepreneurship. “At Bower, we believe entrepreneurship is not taught — it’s experienced. We wanted to create a space where anyone can pick up a book, share a coffee, exchange ideas, and leave a little wiser.”
The library is set to expand with digital editions and aims to evolve as a community-curated repository, with ongoing book recommendations from entrepreneurs and readers across India.
B Café – Where Coffee Meets Creativity
Complementing the library is B Café, a relaxed and vibrant space that blends the warmth of coffee with the energy of innovation. It serves as an open networking zone where Hyderabad’s young founders, creators, and thinkers can ideate, collaborate, and connect.

Quotes & Highlights from the Event
Jayesh Ranjan, IAS, Principal Secretary, Government of Telangana:
“My father inculcated the habit of reading in me from childhood, which helped me crack the IAS easily. Reading beyond textbooks gave me perspective and curiosity. Even during my university days, I explored psychology and philosophy outside the syllabus. That curiosity made the IAS exam a breeze.”
Pavan Allena, Founder, Bower School of Entrepreneurship:
“We saw what Hyderabad needed — a space for founders to meet, read, and collaborate. The best books, the best coffee, and the best minds under one roof. We’ve already received over 4,000 books from across India, and this is just the beginning.”
Ajit Rangnekar, Former Dean, ISB:
“Books give us the power to visualise. Most business books have one central idea — read widely, and don’t restrict yourself to what feels relevant.”
Nagendra V Chowdary, ICFAI Group:
“Sun Tzu’s The Art of War continues to shape my thinking on strategy and leadership — it’s timeless.”
M. Srinivas Rao, Ex-CEO, T-Hub:
“Books like Man’s Search for Dignity, Good to Great, and High-Performance Entrepreneur changed my perspective. Musk’s audacity might be mad — but it’s incredibly inspiring.”
Harsh Pamnani, Marketing Head, T-Hub:
“When we read founder stories, we’re connecting dots. Reading and talking to people gives us the power to see the bigger picture.”
