As a tribute to Padma Shri awardee Shri Daripalli Ramaiah, known as “Vanajeevi” for his lifelong work in planting trees, Brihaspathi Technologies Limited organized a large tree plantation event. The event took place in Velijerla village near Shadnagar and honored Ramaiah’s efforts to protect the environment.
More than 100 employees from Brihaspathi Technologies joined hands with local farmers to plant over 600 saplings during the drive. This act aimed to carry forward Ramaiah Garu’s green mission and encourage people to take care of nature.
To motivate and appreciate the participants, the company gave out gifts and cash prizes to employees who made outstanding contributions during the event.
Rajasekhar Papolu, Managing Director of Brihaspathi Technologies, expressed sorrow over Ramaiah’s passing. He said that planting and caring for trees is a duty every citizen should take seriously. Inspired by Ramaiah’s work, the company’s team planted trees as a mark of respect and to share the message of environmental care. He also noted that such activities can help reduce stress and strengthen our bond with nature.
