BRS Demands Clarity on Davos Investments

The Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) has called on the government to release a detailed white paper about the investments Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy claimed to have secured during his recent visit to Davos. The demand was made on Friday during a press briefing at Telangana Bhavan.

Party leader M Krishank criticized the Chief Minister, accusing him of turning the high-profile trip into what he called a “bogus exercise.” Krishank alleged that the visit was filled with exaggerated claims and empty promises that have failed to yield results.

He questioned the outcomes of previous agreements signed at Davos. “Revanth Reddy must explain how many of the agreements signed at Davos last year have actually been implemented. The government announced investments worth Rs 40,000 crore last year, but none of them have materialized so far,” said Krishank.

The BRS is now urging the government to provide transparency and accountability regarding these investment claims, as skepticism grows over the real benefits of such international visits.
